How to guarantee we will receive machines after we make payment?
China government will inspect if China companies delivery goods after receiving payment. China companies send bill of lading, packing list, commerical invoice to China government.

What is your payment term?
For standard machine, 40% deposit, 60% before shipment, by T/T. For non standard machine, 60% deposit, 40% before shipment, by T/T.

Is the machine need to install?
For Small size machine, no need to install. For middle and big size, separate it into several parts. There is installation video and manual for you easy to install. If you would like to pay installation fee, our engineer will go to your factory to install.

One the machine malfunctions, how to solve?
We use good material and spare parts so normally our machines work very stably. Once problem happens, our gegineer will guide you online by camera in time.

Is your machine easy to operate?
We try our best to make operation as easy as possible. There is detailed video and manual to show you how to operate.

Operation system is normally in English an control panel is in English or other languages you want.

Is your machine speed adjusted?
Normally its speed is adjusted.

Can you supply documents for us to make clearance?
We can supply documents like CE, COO etc. according to your Customs demand.

How to guarantee our machine in good condition after it arrives at our factory?
Before shipping, we put anti oil on the machine and use plastic film to pack it. We use wooden boxes to pack small machines. We use iron wires to fix the big machine into the container directly.

How long is the machine guarntee time and work?
Machine guarantee time： 1 year.
Our machines can work at least 10 years excluding spare parts.
