Steel wool roller embossing and pressing film, embossing roll having a diameter of 325mm, 45 # steel electric carved and soot blowing from solid material, steel is about 55 degrees, use cold press film (this is our own patent item and our own original. Even flat roll without embossing also ensures the strength of pressing film not less than that of heating temperature)

features

Synchronizing conveyingdevice is equipped with a wide leather belt and two tension control device to ensure the folded finished size precision and with a positive and negtive cloth conversion device to facilitate the production.

The device is equipped with an electromagnetic valve pneumatic counting device, by high and low rising and falling down way, flexible, sensitive and quick.

Imported knife is durable and not easy to heat with automatic sharpening device. Orbital independently driven knife prevents the products from rimsticking.

Transmission components uses a two-piece gear with bevel gear drive, eliminating gear gap, with fine processing technology, low noise, and static electricity eliminate device is added according to different materials.

The whole table and parts relate to products are all made by 304 stainless steel.

Inverter in conjunction with set electrical equipment is of joint control. Electrical wiring is reasonable, nice, easy to operate.
