Rack

Modular rack with fixed standard dimensions. The wall panel of the rack is covered with stainless steel. Transmission system

Cutting device

This device consists of a rotating cutting blade and an integral cutting anvil, which cuts the designed length of the material. It is driven by a servo motor, and the cutting length error of the product does not exceed ± 3MM.

Finished horizontal folding device

This device is used for the horizontal continuous secondary folding of products, transmitted by a servo motor and automatically adjusted in phase.

Quality control

During the folding process, there shall be no secondary damage, stretching or other functional or performance damage to the material. During the processing, no dirt or foreign objects, especially oil stains, should be generated.
