Fully Automatic Nonwoven & PE & Paper Film Bed Cover Making Machine With Attaching Elastic & Hole Cutting is mainly used to produce disposable bedspread, medical device cover, all kinds of public place proctective cover, dust cover and other products.

It can adapt to nonwoven fabric, PE, paper film and other material. Ultrasonic and hot pressing sealing methods are optional. The product length is freely adjusted. It greatly save the time-consuming and labor-consuming cost of manual sewing and improve production efficiency.

Process

Equipment process: raw material unwinding→ edging, folding→ ultrasonic sealing on both sides→ ultrasonic sealing at both ends → folded in half→ W-shaped folding→ cutting → three consecutive folding→ output of finished products

Rack

The main frame is welded with high-quality national standard steel plate, which is stable and firm as a whole, and the surface is treated with anti-rust treatment and covered with stainless steel.

Transmission system

The front of the equipment adopts high-quality guide conveyor belt, and the internal transmission part is driven by servo motor, and high-precision synchronous wheels and synchronous belts are used.

Raw material rack

It is assembled with European standard aluminum profiles, which is stable and firm as a whole. The material rack is equipped with constant tension control and manual deviation correction system.

Hemming device

It is made of stainless steel plate folding and molding, and the folding size is flexible and adjustable.

Cutting device

The cutting mold is made of high-quality mold steel, the cutting mouth is smooth, and the mold is durable.
The servo control system is adopted, and the size error of cutting is ≤3mm, and the width of the heat seal is ≤5mm after cutting.

Ultrasonic welding

High-precision roller ultrasonic welding. The longitudinal ultrasonic roller can be adjusted to the left and right positions, and the manual slide rail adjustment is adopted, which can adapt to products with different widths.

Quality Control

During the folding process, the material shall not be damaged by secondary damage, stretching and other functional or performance damage.
No dirt or foreign matter can be trapped during the process, especially oil stains.

It is driven by a speed-regulating motor, with batch counting prompt and stepping function (the spacing between batch products is widened, which is convenient for subsequent packaging counting).
