Main equipment configuration and process

Material unwinding, → longitudinal folding, → folding in pairs, → cutting, → four fold horizontally → finished product output.

Rack: The main frame is welded with high-quality national standard square steel pipes, which is stable and firm overall. The surface is treated with rust prevention and covered with stainless steel.

Transmission system: The front of the equipment adopts high-quality guided conveyor belts, and the internal transmission parts are all driven by servo motors, using high-precision synchronous wheels and synchronous belts.

Raw material rack: assembled with European standard aluminum profiles, ensuring overall stability and firmness. The material racks are equipped with constant tension control and automatic correction systems.

Vertical folding device: Using stainless steel triangular buckets for folding, folded and formed by flipping.

Cutting device: Made of high-quality mold steel, the cutting die has a smooth cutting surface and is durable. Using a servo control system, the cutting size error is ≤ 3mm.

Horizontal folding device: The product is folded horizontally for four consecutive times and adopts a servo control system, with precise and adjustable folding position and size.

Quality control: During the folding process, there shall be no secondary damage, stretching or other functional or performance damage to the material. The belts configured for this machine are all made of high-quality anti-static materials, and anti-static equipment needs to be installed to prevent non-woven fabrics from sticking. During the processing, no dirt or foreign objects should be generated, especially black spots or other foreign objects such as oil, metal, flying flowers, etc.

For unwinding and traction pneumatic, the bottom is automatically corrected. For longitudinal folding and traction pneumatic, a bending rod and an electrostatic eliminator are installed. The top of the triangle can be adjusted up and down. For folding and traction pneumatic, an electrostatic eliminator is installed. The top of the triangle can be adjusted up and down, and the bottom of the triangle can be manually adjusted horizontally. For four fold folding, an electrostatic eliminator is installed in each folding part.
