Performance and characteristics:
Application: medical sheets, massage sheets, outdoor emergency blankets and so on.
The working principle: by magnetic powder unreeling → drawing → finalize the design → 10- 16 vertical folding (6.5kw vacuum pump adsorption folding) → synchronous drawing → by servo dot line → high and low counting → final product output.
Effective width: 1600mm; with pneumatic core shaft + magnetic powder controller for unwinding to keep constant tension.
It is equipped with a set of traction device. The upper and lower rollers are rubber rollers with big friction and automatic lifting function to easily pass through material.
Because the material is slippery,our 304 # stainless steel folding plates specially made prevent material from wrinkling, deviation, gathering air, folding irregular, etc.
Line-dotting is driven by servo system. On the touch screen, line dotting gap can be set, such as 1000mm; 1002mm; 1998mm; 2200mm; 2500mm, etc.
The folding roller with special treatment can produce silver paper, OPP complex aluminum film, PE complex aluminum film, paper peritoneal materials, spunlace non-woven fabrics, PP anti-sticking non-woven fabrics.
The transmission components is with two-piece gear with umbrella gear drive to eliminate the gear gap. Their processing technology is fine,with low noise.
Machine table and the part touching final product is made by 304 stainless steel.
Equipment using PLC + 1 group of servo system + touching screen + inverter joint control. Their electrical wiring position is treasonable, beautiful, easy to operate. The whole structure is compact, fast, stable, simple to operate.
