Bath Towel & Bed Sheet & Quilt Cover Folding Machine Adopts a large screen dot matrix LCD display and intelligent control system, with a good Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, easy to operate.
Some sensors in the machine can automatically recognize the size of the towel and adjust the appropriate folding width, and fold it horizontally through the folding plate.
The machine automatically measures the length of the towel through an encoder on the rotating shaft and determines the folding method of the towel. It uses a unique forward and reverse rotation and blowing device to achieve longitudinal folding of the towel.
Vertical folding increases the adjustable tilt of the conveyor platform to achieve the folding effect of towels.
The control system is designed and manufactured using various intelligent control technologies, combined with new technologies in the fields of computer, communication, and control, to meet the actual needs of towel folding machines. It has personalized embedded software and intelligent comprehensive detection functions.
