Rewinding unit

The entire process from pneumatic automatic feeding to rice counting and rewinding is fully automated: the wire binding can be equipped with a mechanical gearbox structure or a servo-driven wire binding; the spacing of the wire binding can be adjusted; the equipment is additionally equipped with automatic knife movement, automatic glue spraying, and secondary rewinding processes to achieve a fully automated structural mode.

Material equalization system

It can be equipped with standard storage racks, and also a simple mode platform-type storage rack. The storage rack connects the rewinding unit and the cutting unit, with each action driven by a photoelectric sensor giving commands.

Fully automatic swing cutting/larger rotary cutting machine

Automatically feeds with fixed length powered by a servo drive, oscillates steadily left and right, composed of medium and large band saw cutting machines, with smooth operation and a smooth cutting edge.
